How to delete your account and associated data via the application

Steps to Delete Your Account:

To delete your account via application, follow these steps:

  1. Open the application and navigate to the Homepage.
  2. Open the Menu (located at the bottom right).
  3. Click on the name of your account.
  4. Access “My Profile.”
  5. Find the “Delete Account” option (located under the update profile button).

Details on Data Deletion:

Upon confirming the account deletion, your account will be immediately suspended. Simultaneously, a notification email will be sent to our admin team. They will initiate the complete deletion of your data within 10 working days.
