Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access and correction of your personal information. If you have any questions, including requesting access or changing information, please contact KCTWT.

  2. The above information, which KCTWT will use as a basis for assessing your suitability as a volunteer and volunteer rewards purupose, and providing personal information to KCTWT is on voluntary-basis. If you fail to provide sufficient personal information, KCTWT may not be able to process your application.

  3. If the volunteer withdraws from the service, the personal information will be retained for a period of 1 year, and such personal information will be deleted after 1 year. If the volunteer does not participate in volunteer service or lose contact within 1 year, the personal information will be deleted after 2 years.
