Kam Shing, an unobtrusive dried seafood shop that is located at the opposite direction of Kowloon City market. Walking to the front of the shop, you will be attracted by the various types of dried seafood, from cost of hundreds of thousands to tens of dollars. No matter what price is it, the owner refuses to negotiate and does not allow people to pick the goods.
The shop has opened in Kowloon City for more than 60 years and experienced the changes in the neighbourhood. In recent years, the old owner has handed over the store to his son, whom would make use of modern management methods and aim to develop a dried seafood chain business.
