The crab congee and deep fried oyster spring rolls are must-try, drawing gourmets to travel a long way just for a taste of them. The secret to the savoury crab congee is the female mud crabs, which are small in size but rich in brown meat. Sun Kee operates as Cha Chaan Teng before 6pm. Crab menu is available only after 6pm.
