To Kwa Wan Memory

I have lived in To Kwa Wan since I was 2 years old, studied here, got married here.

For those who do not know the area, they would think that it is similar to Hung Hom, a varied mix of community all crowded within the area.

However, I just love the warmly small shops here. I love to visit the rice noodle rolls stall in the alley, the dim sum shop near the 27M minibus station, and dating with my husband in the red apple* library, walking around Pak Tai Street and taking photos in the Cattle Depot. (*Editor’s note: To Kwa Wan Market and Government Office which have many facilities in the building, such as the market, library, basketball court, it is commonly referred to “Red Apple” in the neighbourhood.)
