Har Kee Noodle Shop is famous of its fresh made shrimp roe noodles in To Kwa Wan for over 50 years. The Shop has always been keeping the structure of a traditional noodle mill – the noodles are freshly made at the small factory behind the shopfront.
The shrimp roe noodles are made in the traditional way, shrimp roe is mixed in the dough, and then kneaded and steamed for 4 to 5 hours, with another 12 hours of baking for it to be ready.
