Wong Ming Kee

Wong Ming Kee

Founded as a food stall selling congee on Lok Sin Road in 1969, Wong Ming Kee moved to Kai Tak Road in 1978 and added noodle dishes to its menu since then. Wong Ming Kee enjoys a profound reputation in the area as one of the few shops that persevere in serving homemade noodles. Even the fish balls and chili oil are all freshly made from its self-owned factory. Such perseverance has grown into a tradition since the last generation who founded the shop. Signature dishes, including cuttlefish balls, cuttlefish tentacles and pork balls, are loved by many local residents and have attracted numerous celebrities from near and far alike.

The shop has relocated to Sa Po Read since August 2021.
