【如果時光倒流,我想回到土瓜灣的工廠是……】(一) 聽聞屈臣氏主要生產六種味道的汽水,包括檸檬、沙士、薑啤、湯力、橙露及一種叫果子露的汽水,還有從美國引入的哥喇,真係好想試這些口味和睇下以前汽水的包裝和生產過程,同埋好想帶幾支返來跟家人分享,留返個空樽做紀念品。 在眾多工業中,我最懷念的是造船業。三十年代有一家庇利船廠,據悉探險家製造了一艘名為「香港海龍」的帆船用作大西洋探險之用,惟最終未能如願。之後有藝術家利用區內回收的舊布,結合工藝縫製船袋重塑「香港海龍」和創作「海龍船袋」,並於船袋中放置一些關於土瓜灣歷史的書,讓市民打開船袋時能夠認識歷史,正因為這段歷史略有「遺憾」,反而令人更加懷念。 More Details
